A few days after a completed session, if nothing new has been booked, Test Academy sends one follow-up email inviting the family to book again with the same tutor. Only one is ever sent per gap between sessions, and it stops as soon as a new session is booked.
What is in it
The email links straight back to that tutor's booking page. The link signs the family in on whatever device it is opened on, so there is no need to find a password first, and stays usable for a week after it is sent. After that it stops working and the family can sign in as normal instead.
Turning it off
This email follows the same marketing-email preference as other follow-up emails from Test Academy, so a family who has opted out of marketing emails does not receive it.
