A worksheet a tutor sets as homework is made for that student alone. It can be done on screen, or printed and done on paper. It is not marked and has no Done status, so there is nothing to submit.
On screen
- Open the Homework page and find the 1-on-1 tutoring section. The feedback email's Open homework button goes there directly.
- Press Open on the worksheet.
- Write with the pen, highlighter or text box, rub out with the eraser, and use undo if you slip. Pinch or use the zoom buttons to see detail.
The page shows Saved when your writing is safe. It saves as you go, so you can close it and come back. A tablet with a pen is the easiest way to write.
On paper
Press Download PDF on the same row to print it. The PDF is exactly what the tutor and student see on screen. If you work on paper, there is nothing to upload, so bring it to the next session if the tutor asks.
What the tutor sees
At the next session the tutor can open the worksheet in the console and see what the student wrote on screen, underneath their own. Worksheets are not scored, so the tutor goes through it with the student.
If a worksheet is not ready
A row can read Preparing while the worksheet is still being written, or Unavailable if it could not be made. Check again shortly, and contact the tutor if it stays that way.
