Once a session has finished, its Feedback page is where a tutor writes up how it went. A family only sees what ends up in the box the tutor writes for them, never the tutor's own rough notes.
Writing it up
A tutor jots a rough note, then uses Tidy with AI to turn it into a parent-ready version, which stays fully editable before sending. Each focus area from the booking gets an outcome: covered, needs work, or mastered, and more skills can be added beyond the ones originally booked.
Worksheet marks
Where a worksheet was used, ticking Mark this worksheet records its marks and awards the student's points for it the first time it is saved; leaving it unticked skips that sheet entirely rather than recording a zero.
Setting follow-up work
Up to a few tasks can be set for the student: a LearningHub skill, a test, a worksheet, or a free-text task, each with its own due date. These appear on the student's study plan and on their 1-on-1 Tutoring page once submitted.
If the student did not attend
Ticking The student did not attend this session sends the family the no-show version of the feedback email instead, and skips every worksheet mark for that session regardless of what else was filled in.
