A tutor's own bookable hours come from My availability on their 1-on-1 Tutoring dashboard: a weekly grid of hour-aligned cells plus one-off date overrides.
Weekly windows
Clicking a cell in the weekly grid marks that hour, on that day of the week, as open for booking every week. Cells shaded for the tutor's own class timetable are shown for reference only: class times are already kept clear of bookings by the booking engine itself, whatever is marked in the grid.
Date overrides
Overrides handle a single date rather than every week: blocking a day off entirely, or opening extra hours outside the usual weekly windows, up to a set number of days ahead. An override only affects that one date.
What a change affects
Saving a change to either the weekly grid or an override only ever affects hours nobody has booked yet. A session a family has already confirmed is never moved or cancelled by an availability change.
