Every online class has its own Google Meet room, made once and used for the whole term. The same link works every week, so there is nothing new to find before each session.
Where the link is
- On your home page, each upcoming session card carries a Join Online Class button, which lights up as the start time approaches.
- On Enrolments, under Your Class Schedule, each online class has an Online Class link beside its day and time.
Both open the same room. A class that runs at a venue shows no join link, because there is nothing to join.
Joining
You do not need a Google account. Open the link a couple of minutes early, ask to join, and your teacher lets you in. If your child already signs in with a school or work Google account, they walk straight in. Use a device with a working microphone and a quiet spot, and have the week's booklet and something to write with ready.
In the room
- Your teacher hosts the room, so the class cannot start without them.
- Chat and reactions are open, and teachers often use chat for answers and quick checks.
- Screen sharing is limited to the teacher, so nobody can take the class off track.
If the link is missing or does not work
A class sometimes uses a meeting link our team has set by hand instead, and in that case the button simply opens that link. If no link shows at all, check that the enrolment is active on your Enrolments page, then get in touch through the contact form and we will sort it out before the next session. Please do not share a class link outside your family.
