Ask us and we will move it. Your account can cancel a trial but it cannot move one, so the way to change a date is to reply to your confirmation or reminder email, or to contact us any other way, and tell us which session you would rather have.
Why asking is better than cancelling
It is tempting to cancel the booking and make a new one. Try not to. A cancelled trial counts as a trial you did not use, and each course only allows so many, so cancelling to change a date quietly spends part of your allowance for that course. When we move the booking instead, it stays the same booking and nothing is used up.
What we can move it to
Another session of the same course, at our Parramatta centre or online, while the trial is still ahead of you and has not been sat. We can look further ahead than the booking page shows you, so if nothing in the list suits, it is still worth asking. A session that has already run cannot be moved, and neither can a trial your child has already attended or been marked absent for.
What you will see
Once we move it, you get an email headed that your trial has a new time, with the new course, date, time and venue, and a line confirming that it replaces the previous booking. There is nothing for you to cancel. The reminder goes out again before the new session, and your classroom page shows the new date in place of the old one.
If the new time does not suit either
Reply to that email and we will sort it out, or cancel the booking from your classroom page if you would rather stop there. Cancelling is covered in Cancelling a trial booking.
