After speaking with our team, we can email you an invoice covering one or more children instead of asking you to work through the enrolment wizard yourself.
What the email contains
The email states the total and the due date, has a button for each payment method, and has a tax invoice PDF attached for your records.
The invoice page
Every button in the email opens the same page. No account or password is needed. You confirm or fill in your family's details, accept the enrolment terms, and choose how to pay, all in a few short steps.
Payment methods
- Card: pay online through Stripe. Your enrolment is confirmed straight away.
- PayID: pay from your banking app using the invoice's PayID reference.
- Bank transfer: pay directly into our account, using the invoice number as the payment reference.
- Cash: pay in person at a Test Academy centre. Cash gets a 5% discount off the invoice total, and is only offered when the invoice includes at least one in-person item.
PayID, bank transfer and cash let you through immediately once you commit to that method; our team confirms the payment once it has actually arrived.
The payment hold
An invoice holds the spots on it from the moment it is sent until its due date. If it is not paid by then, the hold lapses and the spots are released, so it is worth acting before the due date shown in the email.
Your receipt
Once the invoice is paid, a confirmation email with a receipt PDF is sent for your records.
