Enrolling in more than one full term in a single purchase reduces the price. The saving is worked out on our side and shown before you pay, so you never have to ask for it.
How it works
- Two or more full terms bought together earn the discount, and it grows with the number of terms.
- It applies to the class fee only. The admin and materials fee charged per term is not discounted.
- Joining part way through a term is priced pro rata for the sessions left, and that part term does not count towards the discount.
- Some terms, holiday intensives in particular, are set not to attract it. When one of those is in your selection, the discount does not apply.
- Terms of the same course count together even when they run in different year groups, so carrying on into the next year level still builds your total.
Where you see it
The saving appears as its own line on the Review & Confirm step, as a green savings chip beside the total, and again in the order summary on the payment step. It carries through to the confirmation.
On an invoice from our team
When our team sends you an invoice, they decide the multi-term discount for your enrolment and the invoice shows it as its own line, so what you see on the invoice is what you pay. A term your child joins part way through is not discounted. A term that starts on time but has a few sessions left off still counts, and the discount comes off what that term costs.
Codes and other reductions
If our team gave you a code, enter it in the Adjustment code box on Review & Confirm and press Apply. The invoice page has the same thing under Promo code. A code may only work on some purchases, so a code made for a bundle or for tutoring can be refused on a class enrolment. On an invoice that includes something in person, paying cash at the centre has its own slightly lower total, shown on that tile. Where a class comes with an online test bundle, that access is included for your enrolled terms at no extra cost.
There is no automatic sibling discount on the site. If you are enrolling more than one child, ask our team and they can put everyone on a single invoice.
Changing later
Cancelling one term out of a multi-term enrolment can change the discount on the terms you keep. See Withdrawing from a class, and we will explain the effect before anything is processed.
