When a student signs in, Home in the top menu opens the Classroom page. It gathers everything to do with their classes in one place: the sessions they are enrolled in, anything outstanding, and what their teacher has written.
Your classes
The large card is headed with the student's name, for example Maya's Classes. It has two tabs, Upcoming and Past, each with a count beside it, and it opens on Upcoming.
Each session is one card showing:
- the date, down the left in its own block;
- the class name and the teacher, or Teacher to be announced when one has not been set;
- the start and finish time, and the venue for a class that runs at a centre;
- a Free trial tag on a trial booking;
- a Booklet button when the session has a booklet;
- Join Online Class when the class runs online.
Close to the start time the card shows Starting soon, then On now while the class is running, and the Join button lights up. FlexiClass bookings and trial bookings appear in the same list.
Homework Due
If anything is outstanding, a panel sits at the top of the page headed Homework Due with a Show and Hide control. Each card inside is one lesson, with its steps in order: Upload your work, Mark your homework and Homework tests. Work that is past its window carries an Overdue badge. See Uploading your homework.
Teacher feedback and your plan
Below the classes card are your study plan, Testy's card and the Teacher Feedback card. Feedback is written by a teacher and appears here rather than on the homework itself, which is explained in Where teacher feedback appears.
If the page says you are not enrolled
An account with no class enrolment sees You are currently not enrolled at Test Academy. Practice tests and the rest of the dashboard still work. To join a term class, start at the enrolment page.
