The Booklet button on a session card offers Class Booklet Answers: worked answers to the questions the class did in the lesson. They unlock once that lesson has finished, and before then the option is listed with Available after the class finishes under it.
Homework answers are separate
Class Booklet Answers deliberately stop where the homework starts. The homework answers open in the self marking page, and only after the work has been handed in, so that the homework is attempted first. See Marking your own homework.
Seeing what your teacher wrote
Teachers write on their own copy of the booklet during the lesson. When your teacher has, the Booklet list offers Teacher's in-class booklet, which is the working from the lesson as they left it.
The same marks can be laid over your own booklet. On the booklet page there is a switch with three settings:
- Mine: your own work only.
- Hybrid: your work with the teacher's over the top.
- Teacher: the teacher's copy on its own.
That copy is a snapshot rather than a live feed. If the teacher has written more since you opened the page, use the refresh button beside the switch to pull in the newer marks.
If the answers are not there
- Not every session has worked answers prepared. When there are none, the option is simply absent from the list.
- If the page says the answers are not ready yet, check back later or ask your teacher.
- A teacher who did not write on their copy during the lesson leaves nothing to show, which is normal for a discussion led lesson.
