A weekly membership is the alternative to buying credits: a regular weekly spot, charged automatically to a saved card, so you are not topping up every few weeks.
The plans
There are two, Essential and Unlimited. Essential covers a set number of sessions each week. Unlimited has no weekly cap, subject to the sessions that are open. Both are shown with their weekly price on the Membership tab of the FlexiClass page, and the price on that tab is the one that applies to you.
Starting one
Tick the membership terms on the Membership tab, then press Choose on the plan you want. Checkout saves your card; memberships are card only. The card is confirmed first, and the tab shows Finishing setup while that happens. The first week is charged when you sign up.
How the billing runs
- Billing is anchored to Monday: each week is charged before the week it covers.
- You are billed only for school-term teaching weeks. Holiday weeks are not billed, and the tab says so.
- Booking opens from the upcoming Monday once the first payment clears, and only weeks that have been paid for can be booked.
- Sessions do not roll over, and there are no makeup sessions for a week you did not book.
Booking on a membership
Book exactly as usual from the Book tab. The confirm screen says the sessions are covered by your membership rather than showing a credit cost. On Essential, anything booked past the weekly allowance in the same week uses credits instead, and the screen tells you before you confirm.
Keeping track
The Membership tab shows the plan, the date it started, and when the next charge falls and for how much, or that the coming week is a holiday week. The same summary appears on your enrolments page under Manage FlexiClass.
