A FlexiClass credit is prepaid entitlement to one session. One credit books one session, whichever day or time you pick, and there is no surcharge for booking close to the day.
Seeing what you have
Your balance is on the button in the top right of the FlexiClass page, and again on the Membership tab. While you are booking, the confirm screen shows your credits now, what the booking will use and what you will be left with. Your FlexiClass credit balance covers that side in more detail.
When credits move
- Credits come off the moment you confirm a booking.
- Moving a booked session to another time does not use another credit.
- If Test Academy cancels a session, the credit goes back.
- If a session is missed, the credit is used.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on the account until they are used. They are also final once bought, so they are not refundable, and they cannot be moved to another account.
Credits and a membership together
They work side by side. If you hold a weekly membership with a set allowance and you book beyond it in the same week, the extra sessions use credits, and the confirm screen says so before you agree.

Credits are topped up on the Membership tab; see Buying FlexiClass credits. If a purchase has not landed, or the balance looks wrong, contact us through the contact form with your receipt and we will check the record.
