You book from the Book tab of the FlexiClass page. It is three steps: pick your sessions, say what to work on, then confirm.
Step 1: pick sessions
The grid shows the sessions that are open, week by week, as far ahead as booking currently runs. Each card carries the day, the time and how many places are left, and a full session cannot be picked. You can select several sessions and book them in one go. Same-day booking is not possible, so the earliest session you can take is after today.
Step 2: what to work on
You set a focus for each session, and there are three ways to do it. Describe it in your own words and Testy turns it into a plan of skills. Browse the skills yourself and tap the ones you want; the skills your child is still building are marked as recommended. Or reuse the focus from a recent session. You can add a note for the tutor as well.
Step 3: confirm
The confirm screen lists your sessions, shows what they will use in credits or whether your membership covers them, and asks you to tick two boxes: one for the booking policy, one for the FlexiClass Terms and Conditions along with our general terms, privacy policy and student code of conduct. Nothing is charged until you confirm.
After you book
Credits come off straight away, the sessions appear under My Sessions, and a confirmation email goes out with the details. Your tutor is assigned by our team and shows on the session card once they are. To change something, read Changing a FlexiClass session.
