There is no separate trial booking form for FlexiClass. A first session is booked exactly like any other: the trial is simply a credit sitting on your account, so booking with it costs you nothing.
Who has a trial credit
A trial credit is added when the account is created through FlexiClass, for example from a FlexiClass advert, the FlexiClass course page or a friend's invite link. Accounts created for other reasons do not always start with one. Your balance is on the Membership tab of the FlexiClass page: if a credit is sitting there, the first session is covered.
Booking with it
Open the Book tab, pick a session, say what to work on and confirm. The credit comes off like any other, and the session itself runs exactly like a paid one: the same tutors, the same worksheets prepared for the focus you chose, the same homework and the same progress afterwards.
The rules that apply
A trial credit follows the same booking terms as one you have bought. It holds no cash value, it cannot be exchanged or transferred to another account, and once a session is confirmed the booking is not refundable.
If your account has no credit
You can buy a single credit on the Membership tab, or contact us through the contact form and tell us how you found FlexiClass. Please do not open a second account to get one: credits and memberships are tied to the account they were issued to, and they cannot be moved across.
