Homework and progress have a tab each on the FlexiClass page. Homework lists what has been set and what is done. Progress shows how your child is going, skill by skill.
Homework
Homework comes home printed, with a cover sheet. The Homework tab lists each set with the skills it covers, who set it, when it is due and the short code printed on that cover. You mark it done by scanning the QR code on the cover, not from this tab. Scanning opens a short form where you say how confident your child felt on each skill and can leave a comment for the teacher. Completed sets move down the tab with your feedback attached.
Progress
Progress opens with totals for sessions attended, worksheets done and minutes practised, then Recent wins, the skills that have moved up lately. Below that is Progress by subject. Open a subject to see its skills grouped by strand, each with a coloured band and when it was last worked on.
What the bands mean
Bands run from Not started, through New, Getting started, Developing and Strong, up to Mastered. A band is built from marked worksheets over time rather than one result, so it moves as the evidence builds. Tap What do these colours mean? on the tab for the key.
When it fills in
Progress appears after the first marked session, so a new account shows an empty tab with a note saying so. If sessions have happened and nothing has appeared, contact us through the contact form.
