Emails about FlexiClass

1 min read Updated Sept. 2026

FlexiClass sends a small set of emails, and they are all about your own bookings, homework and payments. They go to the address on the account; homework notes and session reminders go to the parent address where one is recorded.

What we send

  • A confirmation when you book, listing each session and its focus.
  • A reminder the day before a session.
  • A summary afterwards, covering what your child worked on and how the worksheets went.
  • A note when homework is set, and a thank you when you send back your feedback on it.
  • Receipts for credits, and membership messages: confirmation, a holiday week with no charge, a payment that needs your attention, and cancellation.
  • A note when you earn a credit from an invitation.

If an email has not arrived

Check the junk folder first, then that the address on your account is the one you are watching. Every one of these emails has an equivalent on screen: bookings under My Sessions, homework under Homework, session notes under Progress, and anything to do with money under Membership on the FlexiClass page.

Turning them off

FlexiClass emails can be switched off for an account, but not by you: there is no setting on the site and no unsubscribe link in them, because they are about sessions you have booked and paid for. Ask us through the contact form and we will set it on your profile.

Be aware of what that means. Switching them off stops all the FlexiClass ones, including homework notes and session reminders, so you would need to check the FlexiClass page instead.
